Account Deletion Policy
Understand how to delete your HRSaathi account and associated data.
This policy outlines the process for deleting your HR Saathi HRMS account and all associated data.
Account Deletion Methods
You can delete your HR Saathi HRMS account using one of the following methods, based on the number of employees onboarded in the system:
For Accounts with Fewer Than 3 Employees
- If your account has fewer than three employees, you can directly delete it through your account settings.
- Navigate to: Settings → Control & Permissions → Delete Account
- Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm the deletion.
For Accounts with 3 or More Employees
If your account has three or more employees, you'll need to submit an account deletion request. You can do this in two ways:
- Through the HR Saathi Platform: While the direct delete option may not be available due to employee data, you can still submit a request by contacting HR Saathi Support.
- By Email: Send an email to support@hrsaathi.com requesting account deletion.
Deletion Process Timeline
Request Submission
Submit your account deletion request through the platform or via email.
Verification (72 Hours)
Our team will initiate a verification process within 72 hours, which may involve contacting you to confirm the request.
Permanent Deletion (21 Working Days)
Upon successful verification, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted within 21 working days from the initial request.
Important Notes
- Once deleted, your account cannot be recovered.
- All employee data, attendance records, leave history, and payroll information will be permanently removed.
- We may retain some data for legal compliance purposes as required by applicable laws.
